I have been a patient of Dr. Croft for many years and during this time I have always found him to be extremely concise, caring and insightful in his diagnosis and treatment.

This office gets you in as soon as they can, many times same day. very personable staff and Dr Croft is an awesome doctor.

He was recommended by a friend. I had to wait almost an hour after my scheduled time for my appointment. When I went to schedule a follow-up in 7-10 days, I was given the option of a follow-up 5 weeks later. What good is a service if you can't get a follow-up appointment.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Brad Croft for over 2 years. Most efficient Dr. office we have ever visited because of the integrated technology. Prescriptions ordered and sent while you are with Dr. Croft, copy of all orders and written confirmation of directions immediately at checkout, text reminders of appointments, on-line contact/questions that get answered quickly. Dr. Croft takes the time to understand our situation and makes sure all of our questions are answered during the appointment. Easy prescription renewal process and coordination with our insurance plan.

This practice dismissed us because we had a couple of disagreements over medical insurance and billing with billing manager of practice. Always paid bills, yet left us high and dry to find another practice to service our needs. No courtesy upon entering office. God, help you if you disagree with anything this practice does or says--they will get rid of you. Look for a family medical practice that cares and can put a face to your name! Several occasions, diagnosis was incorrect by the health practitioners in the practice.
