I can add he is abivalent (narcissitic) towards EVERYONE, including his associates. He is also OBSSESSED with coming BIRD FLU EPIDEMIC ... OBSSESSED .. My intake/eval was 10 minutes. He interrupted me and would not allow me to convey my history including TBI. He refused to write a letter with my psychiatric diagnoses that I needed for services. He also refused refer me to neuropsychological testing. (I've been referred by other psychiatrists in the past. It's not an administrative/insurance issue.) He was rude, handed me a prescription script, and that was it. Did not answer my questions about medication efficacy - took them as an affront instead. This doctor (temporarily) broke my spirit. Avoid if possible.

Took phone calls about travel during intake appointment. Rescheduled every appointment I had with him. Once by a month after making a med change!

Took personal phone calls about travel during our first meeting and didn't say anything about it to me/explain. I've had two appointments with him both of which he has canceled and rescheduled, one for a full month later. Not happy.
