Dr. Bradford T Hsu, MD

I saw this guy when the other surgeon in the practice was unavailable. He was rough, rude and showed no compassion or empathy for my complication. He even implied it was my fault. He told me I was responsible for how the wound healed and that I should strap a baseball to my abdomen to ensure my wound healed correctly. What kind of barbaric medicine is that? I would never recommend this so called surgeon or his practice. For your own safety, stay away.

Bradford HSU, MD in Chula Vista, CA, seems only interested in making money from surgeries, not any about any of his patientâ??s fears of procedures on having a robotic surgery. The physician seemed overtired, and fatigued, and not interested or cared about how it affects me, but rather, only in what procedure would net him the most payment rather than best surgery for me. He was also very rude and tried to belittle me, and talked down to me. What kind of physician does that to patients? I was polite and straightforward in my worries to the physician. Instead of consoling me or educating me on the procedure, he almost treated me not to do it if I would do the robotic procedure. I left smiling, but I wonâ??t be returning. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY, he seems overworked: perhaps it is because of being into too many HMOs, poor financial planning, as he is apparently in financial duress according to his ramblings. So unprofessional, and self-involved, the he should consider leaving medicine,… as he is the first doctor who ever tried to belittle me or treat me like a worthless piece of meat, instead of a human being and patient. Also, after much research it seems this physician has minimal experience in this robotic procedures, so he is pushing it to gain some. Patientâ??s need an experienced surgeon not one with on the just training that includes learning and practicing with patients. Too many patients are getting hurt by inexperienced surgeons. I donâ??t want to be another one. Also, I donâ??t deserve his rudeness, and self-centered and unprofessional behavior. What about his oath to the patients? Never, never put yourself under this guyâ??s scalpel.
