Dr. Bradford C Lavigne, MD

Unfortunately, Dr Levigne and his Nurse Practitioner are both rude. Very little patience towards my elderly mother and her health concerns. Steer away and find yourself a truly caring team!

I waited a month for an appointment that the ER said should have happened within 3-4 days. I arrived 15 minutes early, and his receptionist handed me someone else's chart at check in. Then I waited an hour while watching two centipedes crawl across the floor of the exam room. Seventy minutes after I showed up, Dr. Levine finally met with me and promptly sat down and stared at the computer in near silence for 5-10 minutes. He asked me maybe 2-3 questions, and seemed to completely ignore everything else I said- no eye contact or anything. He was completely callous to my concerns and questions regarding a procedure I had never had done before and was worried about. He spent more time on the computer than he did talking to me, and was cold and entirely uninformative. Everything he said directly contradicted what the ER doctors had assessed the month prior. It was among the top three worst medical encounters I've ever had.

The financial staff is always ready to answer any questions I may have regarding billing. And I love how easily the checkout staff can schedule any necessary procedures at the Westerly Hospital.
