Dr. Bradford Stewart Patt, MD

I previously had great experiences with Dr. Patt in his ENT practice. However, today I went to see him for a problem with my sinuses and throat. I do not have insurance and on a fixed income. I was completely shocked at the amount I had to pay today just to see him and have him look at my sinuses, ears and throat. It cost $725 for that office visit. I had not been told that when I scheduled the appointment and they knew I did not have insurance. If I had known, I would not have followed through with the appointment. How is it that a doctor can charge this much for such a visit? I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. Nobody should have to pay that much to see a doctor.

Dr. Patt and his staff were great to work with during my pre op and post op visits for a turbinate reduction, septoplasty, and rhinoplasty. While my surgery did improve my nasal breathing, the cosmetic results were not as promised. I will say that improvements are noticeable, but not to the extent that I was lead to believe in my pre op visits.

The front desk person had overcharged me, she made me pay $436.92 instead of $40. I had called my insurance before my visit and also after the visit to verify my benefits, I was told by the insurance company Atena, I was supposed to pay only $40. When I called the office again next day to discuss it, the same person said it is too late for a refund, I was suppose to ask her that yesterday. Now I have to wait three to four weeks to clear the claim

Professional

I have been going to Dr. Patt for over ten years for cosmetic procedures/botox/fillers. I am very please with results. Dr. Patt is amazing! He and his staff are both professional and caring. I would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their appearance.

Dr Patt has a great eye and can pinpoint exactly what you need and where to put it. I have been going to him for years and he has treated my children as well. Very east to talk to. Never tries to oversell you. I feel completely confident in what he recommends for me.

Dr. Part has great bedside manner. He took the time to answer all questions and was not pushy at crossing the line between medical & cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Patt has been my ENT for the past fifteen years or so. Beginning with repairing a deviated septum, the ongoing care has been first class. I am very thankful I was referred to him when I was in need of an excellent surgeon. Hands down the best in Houston, maybe even the entire country.

Dr. Patt is an amazing doctor with excellent beside manner. He explained things thoroughly and I was very comfortable and satisfied with the care he provided. I’m only giving 4 stars due to the experience I had with the front desk/receptionist - she was not friendly, very rude, and not helpful considering she deals with patients/sick people. It made me so upset that caused my blood pressure to be very high during the visit. Hope management does something about these kind of employees who do not show any patient care and empathy. Other than that, Dr. Patt is a good doctor!

Dr. Patt is excellent. His office personnel need customer service training as I almost cancelled due to issues with the office.
