I loved the hygenist, and as long as I didn't need anything but preventative services, things were great. I have a latex allergy, and he disregarded this information after the procedure was started. I also ended up losing a tooth after a failed procedure. I had to walk across the parking lot while anesthetized to see an oral surgeon to extract the tooth 90 minutes into the procedure.

Less than zero. Unprofessional, arrogant, and very disrespectful. Required that I be "reexamined"before an antibiotic refill for an abscess. Didn't even look in my mouth or examine me in anyway. Obviously only wanted to collect his fee. When I questioned why he was disrespectful of my time he exploded and couldn't believe I'd question him. punished me by not refilling my pain medication. This was with a cracked tooth with an abscess!!

Not a fan. The work he did does not look like my other teeth. He gave me a root canal and I have had problems with that tooth for months afterwards. The crown that he placed on my tooth was huge and I went back to him 3 times to fix it. I had to go to another dentist to have it properly fit my mouth. It also became badly infected due to the fact the bite was off and I had to spend more money to get this corrected. Not what I would expect from a costmetic dentist. He does not have a good bed side manner either, when there is a problem, he did not seem to have a solution.
