Bradford Sklow, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine, a Huntsman Cancer Institute surgeon, and member of the Gastrointestinal Cancers Program. He specializes in the treatment of colorectal cancer as well as minimally invasive surgical approaches to benign colorectal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, and other diseases of the anus and rectum. His research interests include new approaches to treating fecal incontinence and the genetics of colorectal cancer.Sklow received his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1994. He completed his general surgery training at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Washington University-Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Did not seem caring. Not good at listening. Was not prepared for apt. Would not recommend from my experience, but he may have just not cared for me, and seems to do well with most. Prayers for anyone with Gi issues. They are challenging.

I met Dr Sklow for the first time just before my procedure. He was very familiar with my medical history. He was very pleasant , informative, and professional in every respect as was his RN assistant. Following the procedure he explained the findings and even provided copies of the in procedure photos. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Sklow and his team. Jim Schwebel

Not sure what the first bad review is talking about as Dr. Sklow is a very skilled, compassionate surgeon. He did an outstanding job on me and I would send any of my family members to him.

Pushed surgery that I should not have had. Surgery was performed poorly - stitches broke. Endured 8 weeks of absolute misery and pain because stitches broke. In the end the surgery only made the problem worse. Ask him why he left the University of Utah Medical Center and the prestigious Huntsmen Cancer center to come to Minnesota.

Dr sklow is very skilled and took his time to explain things to me. His office nurse does not get back to you. If having complications, don't wait for a return call, go to ER !!

I would highly recommend Dr. Sklow. He is an excellent surgeon. He was able to correctly diagnose and treat me when others werent. Dr. Sklow also took time to make sure I understood the procedure and answer my questions. I was very much relieved when I was finally being treated by him.

The first critique is quite nasty, and I have no idea if it's valid. As one of his patients (colectomy about a year and a half ago) I can tell you that his skills as a surgeon are superb.

I MEET DR.SKLOW IN CINCINNATI UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME I HAD ULCER COLITIS AND HE DID SURGERY ON ME AND I NEVER GOT TO TELL HIM THANK YOU FOR HEARING ME AND SAVING MY LIFE WITH THE GIFT AND KNOWLEDGE THAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU.UNTIL THAT DAY I WAS IN SOO MUCH PAIN TO THE POINT THAT I DID NOT WANT TO LIVE.
