Dr. Bradley Edward Burget, MD

This was a terrible visit and I will never see this doctor again. I made my son an appointment for a wellness checkup. During the visit he asked if I had any concerns I told him that he does have frequent migranes.He said okay what did his previous doctor suggest I said she said it was because genetics because his father also has frequent migranes so he said we should schedule him to see a headache specialist.He then checked his chest and ears I then showed him his shot records he said okay do you want all of his shots today I said yes.In my mind I'm thinking this is a weird wellness checkup.so he said okay I'll see him back in two months for his wellness exam and the nurse will come in to give him his shots.When the nurse came in I told her I was confused I made this appointment for his wellness exam and she said i know i don't understand why he scheduled another visit.she said let me ask him and see what's going on.she came back into the room and said he said this visit was for… migranes.I said I didn't make a sick visit he asked if I had any concerns like they do at any wellness exam. She said I know I'm not sure why.i said you cant give him the shots because my insurance won't cover it unless it's for a wellness exam she said okay let me talk to him.I wanted another 30 minutes until I said let's just go when I came out the room she said..He won't do the wellness exam he said to schedule it in two months I told her we won't be back.So this office will charge my insurance for a sick visit I didn't scheduled for and I will also have to pay for that visit.his appointment was at 330 I didn't leave this office until 530 the doctor never came out to explain..the nurse just apologized and she looked just as confused as I was.

Tests, tests, tests and more tests with no diagnosis. Doesn't seem to me that he cares all that much. Time to move on.

Though he is listed as a pediatrician, he treats adults as well. He is a careful listener and very thorough. I'm very pleased he was referred to me!
