Dr. Bradley Walker Christensen, MD

I was under Dr. Christensen’s care at Sammons Cancer Center and had an extremely disappointing experience. My medical records contained repeated inaccuracies—listing me as being in relapse when multiple tests confirmed I was in remission. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, the documentation was never corrected. Communication was poor, and after questioning these issues, my ability to message Dr. Christensen directly via the patient portal was suddenly removed without explanation. Plans for aggressive treatment were documented before results or informed consent, disregarding my input and test results. I felt more like a billing code than a patient. I’ve since requested to transfer my care to another oncologist. Patients deserve transparent, patient-centered care—not charting errors, lack of accountability, and blocked access when we ask valid questions. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

If you want false hope and a very blunt Dr go with this guy. His office called and scheduled two appointments for further treatment after discussing hospice possibility, so there was hope his "practice" was working. A few hours later called again and cancelled both appointments apologizing saying there was nothing more that could be done with only weeks left to live. I understand exhausting resources, but to play with people's emotions like that is unacceptable. No medical professional that genuinely cares about helping their patients would ever let that happen.
