Dr. Bradley Lawrence Freilich, MD

I have had a very bad experience with this office with scheduling, with getting results from test as well and not give a proper diagnosis for my health issues. No call backs , no explanations, and most of important a lack of concern for my health and symptoms was just ignored . There was not any interest in trying to solve my Gastric Issues. Would not recommend this office to anyone unless you want your health to continue to fail. Had a Colonoscopy done 4 weeks ago and no one has called to discuss my results or see what can be done to elevate my pains. Poor patient care manners.

SINCE MAY 2018 - I HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIFFERENT RESULTS OF LIVER TESTING BY THIS OFFICE -- I ALSO FEEL THEY (DR FREILICH) AND STAFF ARE NOT CONCERNED FOR MY HEALTH. I HAVE ONLY SPOKEN TO DR FREILICH ONCE DURING MY DIFFERENT VISITS TO HIS OFFICE AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM TO SPEAK WITH ME PERSONALLY ON ANY TESTING AND RESULTS -- HE HAS FAILED TO DO SO. ---

Dr Freilich was my dr.back in 1999 to 2000. I trusted him with my life then and if I had to again I would now.

The entire group are excellent, They take care of all of your questions in an adult way.

If you are ever in a hospital setting pray you never have to see this man. After waiting 12 hours for him to show up he walked in said I'll be back I need to look st your chart and never came back.

I recently started going to Dr. Freilich and my experience has been similar to that of a rollercoaster ride. I got a pretty serious diagnosis and after a slew of tests to determine how serious the disease was my calls get ignored as I seek results and I never get called back. Further, one nurse told me one thing (when they finally returned my calls) and another told me something else. I'm still waiting on accurate results and its been 2 weeks for something that should have only taken a week at the most. Very frustrated to say the least and I doubt that anyone would willingly subject themselves to such treatment.

Dr. Freilich is ALWAYS very friendly and caring . Emily should also be commended . She does a GREAT job . The diagnosis and treatment from this Dr. and staff is very reassuring.

I have been under Dr Freilich's care for over 2 years. He's an excellent doctor with great bedside manner. I also really enjoy interactions with JaNay Kessinger. All the staff are extremely professional. I appreciate getting appointment reminders and reminders to set up an appointment to monitor my condition and check my status. I'm glad I found this practice.

I saw Dr.F a number of years ago for a problem that seriously affected my life style.Having seen several other doctors, he was the first one to just keep after it until it was fixed. Returned today,years later in complete confidence he will again get me straightened out. Office always friendly, efficient, he is very thorough and patient in his questioning,No diagnosis yet as tests yet to be done.
