Dr. Bradley Henry, MD

Dr. Henry has been my family doctor for some time. His bedside manner cannot be surpassed. They are now computerized with on line access to ask questions etc.

Best Primary Care Doctor myself and my Family has found in Charleston. This Doctor and staff treat you like family. Nothing is too much trouble and Dr. Henry is thorough and caring, especially with my disabled daughter. Dr. Henry provides on site lab for blood work, as a convenience to his patients, at lower costs than "those other lab companies." Dr. Henry, himself, or an Associate Doctor has always been available to my family during "on-call" after hours/weekends for emergencies. I just can't say enough good things about how much I respect him as our Family Physician and his top notch staff. He's taken great care of us for over a decade!

Myself, my husband, daughter and Father have been long time patients of Dr. Henry's. My daughter is special needs and both my father and husband suffer from diabetes. Dr. Henry and his staff could not be more professional or more obliging to his patients. This man has taken the utmost care of myself and my family and I have complete faith in his abilities. He absolutely does get to the root of any problem you may be experiencing and treats it accordingly. I dont have one negative comment about Dr. Henry or his staff and I would know, being a long time patient. I would not trust my father's husband's or daughter's care to someone who was not competent, courteous and effective.

I relocated to Florida and changed insurance companies. I was on a maintenance dose of Lipitor prescribed by Dr. Henry. I could not get an office visit with a local physician by the time my prescription ran out. Dr. Henry initially called in a refill for the prescription. The new insurance company required a prior authorization for the refill. Once his office learned I was not returning as a patient I could not get the prior authorization signed or returned phone calls. As of today I have run-out of my medication until my office visit in two months with a local physician. I am a hospital administrator who cannot understand how this physician and his staff can abandon a patient. First time I have seen or experienced this behavior in my 35 years in this profession. I heard stories about this happening from family friends who where patients of Dr. Henry. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
