Dr. Bradley B Kayser, MD

Not pleased with the care he provides, nor the referrals he has. Definitely expected more for the money I paid. Just a warning to those considering to join his practice— I’ve been around awhile and there are better options for you and your family.

Excellent doctor

I called for an appointment since Dr. Kayser had been highly recommended to me by another medical professional. I was told by the scheduling person that he is taking new patients but doesn't accept Medicare, so I would have to pay in full upfront and bill Medicare myself. I agreed to do that but then she checked with him and he refused to see me anyway since he doesn't accept Medicare patients. I am baffled why my being on Medicare would even affect him since he was requiring upfront payment. It must be one of two things - either he doesn't comprehend that upfront payment is far more beneficial to him than waiting months for reimbursement from an insurance company that he does accept (and it is hard to believe that he doesn't understand that), or he just doesn't want to work with seniors, who might require more care than a younger person. I understand that Medicare reimbursements are low, but that wouldn't have affected him since I would be paying out of pocket up front. I have to… assume he did me a favor by refusing to see me, even though he knows nothing about me or even why I was calling for an appointment. I am a registered nurse and I am very disturbed to encounter a physician with this attitude.
