Good to talk to, good doc all-around. I've been his patient almost 10 years and not the slightest bad experience.

Never made it to see him---i called to make an appointment being sick with fever congestion ear ache and headaches called on a Monday because I was a new patient they would not even see me til Friday which causes me to have to go to the emergency room and while i do not feel well---it is not a emergency---but I cannot handle the soarness til Friday. He only see 2 new patients a day 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening....so your out of luck if you become ill and want to see him within 24 hours. I think during the flu season that is unfair to new patients knowing he has appointments available.....maybe why is still accepting new patients cause there are too many restriciton to see him and due to his rules you are forced to go emergency room....sad. Plus the woman on the phone is not friendly and seemed unsure of what she was doing
