Dr. Bradley Allen Mcclure, MD

He had an appointment with my daughter and had told her he prescribed her normal psych meds ahead of the appointment then on the FaceTime apt he says no he won’t prescribe her meds. We were left with having to find a new psychiatrist overnight, that’s not easy to do. He said well I’m not prescribing the amount she is taking so you will have to find someone else. No emotions, no listening, no empathy. Very rude and emotionless personality for a psychiatric physician.

I suffer with manic depression and have for years to the point of disability, i have been with him for 12 years I have been fully functional for 10. The BEST.

Wanted off 2mg Xanax a day, which I NEVER ask for, second time I asked , he said I was his patient and I couldn’t physically develop a dependence on it!.....I thought my PCP would help me, wrong..... I have been in the ER, where they transferred me by ambulance to the nearest large hospital......my symptoms were soooo severe, spent 4 days there.....I told EVERYONE I came into contact with that I thought it was protracted withdrawals......they said my symptoms presented as cardiac, stroke or PE........ I have severe short term memory loss plus other physical and mental symptoms ??

Never looked at me at any of my appointments with him

Assisted in the eventual death of my son 3 years ago at age 23 by prescribing Xanax even after he knew my son had seizures when on it previously...which lead eventually to his sudden death. He graduated from the Berkely College of Music and though he tried to get help from Mr. Mcclure, he got addictions and a messed up mind and soul. Mr. Mcclure never gave my son much counseling at all, just prescriptions when he knew better. Horrible person. Should be in jail.

I could not find a psychiatrist that would listen! I have severe anxiety and depression! He listened and prescribed what was needed for both issues! If u are searching for a new doc I would give him a try. U will not be disappointed!!!!! I have hope that I will soon have my life back thanks to Dr. McClure!

After seeing 2 other psychiatrist in the same office for too long and being very disappointed and still severely depressed, I was apprehensive about seeing dr. McClure. But, I've seen him twice and been nothing but satisfied. He is very thoural and ask many questions before prescribing! I've had severe anxiety and my last 2 docs would not put me in anything! Dr. McClure could tell how anxious I was and did not hesitate giving me medication for my nerves! Also when I went back I said I was ok, but could be better. So he added a 3rd depression med to help. I feel very hopeful that it will help and I will win the war against this stinking depression! I would highly recommend him and hope this post helps people decide to give him a try!

After suffer many years with bi polar Dr McClure was the best dr that ever diagnosed me and has remained in his location for over 5 years, which means maintainence of medication has been the very best. I have been with him for 5 years. I am now 59 and hope to have him until.I die.

Dr. McClure helped me get my life back. He is one of the best psychiatrists in Tulsa. My previous MD left Laureate and I chose him as my replacement. He's caring, empathetic, intelligent and treats me with respect. He takes my input seriously and works with me. He returns my calls within 24 hours and I feel I am in the care of a competent MD. His office personnel are extremely kind, competent and helpful. I confidently recommend Dr McClure for your healthcare needs.

My recomendation to see Dr mcclure, came from an international level medical director from a trusted bi-polar adhd mental health research team. I had the same doc for many years and trust no one else w/ my health. Upon moving to the tulsa area,was bounced around at one agency that will not be mentioned ,that did ok but was not designed for the level of care needed. Under Dr. mcclure direction, meds that had worked in the past were reinstated, he listend to my concerns,returned my calls promtly. Made appointments, sooner when problems arose. I feel, I have a mental health provider thtat cares about spends the time with me to get a full prespetive during appointments and does not jump to conclusions. At all times I felt I could reach out for help which is so critical with my illness. His bedside manor reminded me of a DR that cares about humanity, I felt safe "DO NO HARM" oath that docs take. In summar If you need a high level professionl my wife, family trust dr mcculre!!! I… wrote this review one month after returning home to where , I live after traveling on business for one year,and have no other motivation for writing this review except to give credit and thanks to the lauriet team and especially Dr mculure.
