I had to wait over 6 months for my first deep cleaning, then I was scheduled for my second clean(this is a 2 step process, one side of mouth at a time)2 days later all just to be told right after I left the office that I was denied by my insurance. I checked with my provider immediately and was told that was NOT the case, and that one of the receptionists screwed up my order. So now, I've got to wait another 6 months(as per my insurance to cover this, only approved once a year for this, which is WHY my other side was for 2 days following the 1st). Anyone who's had issues with anxiety, and not a fan of the dentist would know how hard this is to get to an appointment, let alone trust the business and the process. I'm extremely disheartened, and very disappointed in the outcome of the situation, which totally shouldn't of been the case! Hygienists get 5 stars, front office, not so much!

Need new front office staff! Very rude! Wait time can be lengthy! Other than that hygienist, dental assistants were very sweet and comforting! The doctor seems rushed, but has a great bediside manner!

Wonderful office staff and an amazing, caring Dr, thanks so much for the best care ever.
