Dr. Bradley Mercer, MD

Dr Mercer is a wonderful and caring doctor. He will always take the time to answer any questions and ensure your comfortable.

Nice guy, friendly, low wait times, good staff. But, not good diagnosing skills, doesn't listen to parent concerns, leads to too late treating of issues that would have easily been fixed earlier.

My son, Chris had been going to Dr. Mercer since he was a newborn. I've never had a bad experience as he always makes every appointment extremely comfortable as you would feel at home. My son is now 15 and still looks forward to visits with him which is not common considering it is a doctor's visit. Brad Mercer has influenced my son so much that he has decided to pursue a career in the medical field. He's currently attending a biomedical high school as he is looking forward to his future carrer in medicine.

We've been taking our sons to Dr Mercer since our oldest son was born. He has a great bedside manner - he listens to all our questions, spends time with us and on more than one occasion he has sent us for further testing when our son had some complicated health issues. We appreciate his thoroughness as not all doctors we have found are this willing to find answers, even if they themselves don't know for sure what needs to be done. He is calming and gentle with the kids and put us all at ease. The only complaint we have is with his staff. The office staff is rude and acts like you're annoying them by asking them to do their jobs, the nurses usually don't listen to our needs and calling the after hours line isn't usually pleasant as they are either unhelpful, rude or act like they have no idea what's going on. However I did not want Dr Mercers review to suffer for his staffs negligence so I gave him 4 stars.

My child has been a patient of his for almost 8 years now. The last two years he has only seen nurse pratitioners. It's getting hard to remember the doctor to rate him. Usually the np is very good but not always. I'm thinking I want more "doctor" time in the future for my child.

we have been with this doctor for almost 11 years, he is an absolute wonderful guy! His professional manner goes beyond what one could expect. He makes you feel at ease, and listens to all your concerns and never makes you feel like an idiot no matter what you ask or say. He trusts your mother instinct, and treats patients accordingly.
