Dr. Bradley Bancroft Moore, MD

I recently had to switch OB-GYNs mid-pregnancy due to a move, which was understandably stressful. From the very beginning, the team at Haven - especially Dr. Moore - made the transition incredibly smooth and reassuring. The front desk staff was responsive and helpful, particularly when it came to receiving medical records and scheduling appointments. From my very first visit, I had a fantastic experience: short wait times, a friendly and efficient check-in, and a genuinely welcoming environment. Parking was great and easy! Dr. Moore was thorough, explanatory, and inquisitive about my medical history. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed, which immediately put me at ease. I was nervous about changing providers mid-pregnancy, but I truly feel like I'm in great hands. Haven offers a small-town, personal feel even though it's in a big city, something that's hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore and the Haven team to anyone looking for exceptional… care.

Dr. Moore is absolutely amazing. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Every interaction with him is always pleasant & you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients.

I will start by saying that I know I am not easy to deal with. I expect a unicorn: minimal wait times, attentive nurses and doctor, high comfort level. I have found that with Dr. Moore. I travel over an hour EACH way to see him and his staff. I have been going to him for over 12 years and he has delivered 4 healthy boys. He has always been honest with me and helpful if I ever have any questions or concerns. I have also seen all the other NP's and Dr's in that office and it shows his leadership and expectations pass down. I also want to say that his Nurses make you feel SO comfortable and many have been there the entire time that I have and in my opinion that says a lot. So if you are lucky enough to get in with him or his practice, I wouldn't pass that over.

Dr.Moore is simply amazing. I have been seeing him for over 5 years. I momentarily changed my ob because we moved. But I went back to him even if it was a bit of a drive. Mine was high risk pregnancy due to my age. Dr.Moore provided excellent care and right advice for me to have a healthy baby without any complications. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor for my pregnancy and delivery.

Extremely dissatisfied with the doctor, if I could give him zero stars I would. I am 32 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have a low risk pregnancy. I have been receiving all prenatal care and a labor and delivery nurse myself. Decided to switch to his practice because heard good things about him and wanted to deliver at northside where my current provider didn't deliver there. Anyway, called to schedule an appointment and was greeted over the phone by a very rude receptionist, who when found out that I am 32 weeks, said she needed to go talk to the doc. I very nicely explained to her that I have all prenatal care and low risk pregnancy. She came back after talking to the doc and said he doesn't accept patients after 30 weeks, what????? Liability, what???? Can you read charts and records from before? Sounded like a crazy discrimination to me , but she said it is his policy. Pretty upsetting to me- what a waist of time

Dr Moore spends quality time with each patient. And he actually cares about us. No other doctor like him.

First and foremost, let me begin by saying that this doctor was wonderful in the beginning of the pregnancy. As the pregnancy progressed his mannerism began to change. My husband and I were in the room with the door closed in the middle of an vaginal ultrasound and one of his staff members just walked in without knocking or even addressing me or my husband. Hummm...this says a lot. He even dabbed his finger on his tongue to get a paper bed liner before giving me an exam. Wow! Do you think I want your germs? He allowed his medical assistant to make an impromptu decision about the care of my pregnancy which did not happen because she is not the doctor--he is. She did not even bother to contact him to allow him to know what the problem was. I had to see another doctor because he was out of the office. She asked me if I enjoyed being mysterious as though there was some prior conversation that took place prior to our visit. I simply came into every visit with a notebook and… questions. And yes, I had lots of them due to this being my fist pregnancy. While in the waiting room, my husband and I observed several patients join together and complain about how long they had to wait to be seen. One patient even told the receptionist that she was no longer a patient and simply walked out of the office. Overall, my husband and I were first time parents. We were overly concerned. Us being this way was obviously a problem for the doctor and his office. He even gave us specific instructions on how and when we should call his office in case of an emergency. My CD of my baby was eaten when we were doing an exam. So much for that.

I had my first child back in 2006, and would not go to another doctor!!!

I have attended this practice since my first pregnancy in 08. I would never go to another OB/GYN, Dr.Moore is great and also his staff.
