Dr. Nicol is an exceptional neurosurgeon. One-of-a-kind. We were so lucky that it was Dr. Nicol's on-call day when our son sustained one of the most lethal TBI as a result of a fall when snowboarding. Dr. Nicol saved our son's life.

I met him when I was in the Flagstaff Medical Center Emergency Room, he came to talk to me about the results of my MRI, and explained what needed to be done and why I was in so much pain.. I never had any problems with Dr.Nicol or his staff, they've always been super nice and curteous, and when I have an issue, I call (because I'm 3 hours away) and they are sure to give me answers or call me back the same day with answers! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, he knows what h'es doing, that's for sure!

Dr Nicol helped me understand my condition and the office area was very clean and professional, and he saw me with little wait. However, the most important thing with a neurosurgeon that is going to operate on me is how I trust his judgment and medical skills, and I have supreme confidence in these. My brain surgery was a complete success.
