Dr. Norris’ team was great and got me in quickly. I had my X-rays done so he could review them. Within minutes of the X-rays being done, Dr. Norris came in to discuss them with me. He explained what was going on in a patient manner using simple terminology so I understood what was going on. He gave me several options, explaining pros and cons and then summarized all we talked about, his recommendations, and plan of care at the end of the appt. He is an efficient, caring, clear physician with great bedside manner!

Very understanding and patient with all my questions. Took time to really listen and to explain his diagnoses so I would understand. I didn't feel rushed which has been the norm for many other Dr appointments I have had in the past. Thanks for doctors like Dr. Norris!
