I was reccomended to this facility by a family member, however the doctor I wanted to see had retired so my appointment was changed to be with Dr. Palmer. Best decision I could have made. The entire time I was there the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The staff all wore smiles and the doctor as well. While waiting for Dr.Palmer I joked about the skeletal hands that were in the room for display and educational use with a woman that worked there who told me a very pleasant and funny story about a skeletal hand she had purchased for Halloween. This helped to keep me relaxed until Dr. Palmer came in not long after and examined me, explained my condition, what was needed and asked if I understood. I 100% did. I would and will definitely reccomend this facility to others. Thank you for a great visit , I look forward to my next appointment
