Getting an appointment was easy when I needed to see him I got the appt right away. He always has a smile and he listen to everything I say he doesn't rush me. He sends me for x-rays and lab checking things out and sent a copy of the results within 3 days. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. PATAY.

Chop.. Chopâ?¦ chopâ?¦! - Rush, Rush, Rush! Poor record keeping, no focus at all. Completely disrespects the patientâ??s opinion or requests about their medical needs. Obey or disappear! Loves the lipids and related diseases. Little medical knowledge but a HUGE EGO.

Excellent Physician

I have nearly 10 years of experience with Dr. Patey. I rarely write reviews but felt it was warranted given a few of the negative ones I have seen. For me, Dr. Patey has been a great doctor. I am a pretty healthy person overall, however over the years, I have had bouts with pneumonia, shingles, and what I thought were a heart issue and a skin issue. Dr. Patey quickly diagnosed the first 2 issues within about 10 seconds of seeing me, and quickly referred me to specialist for the other 2 (which fortunately were negative). I have never waited more than a week or 2 at the most to see him, and the appointments are generally on time or within 15 minutes of the schedule. Anyone who has complained about his bedside manner probably came in with a bad or combative mood, because I have found him to be very professional and friendly, easy to talk to, and I never feel rushed, despite knowing that this is a very busy place. I would highly recommend this guy to my best friends. He's great.

Dr. Patay is good for the kind of maladies you can diagose yourself - like pink eye or the flu.Unfortunately anything out of the usual will require someone with more expertise. Twice I have had yeast infections on different parts of my body. The first time he told me it was nothing and not to worry about it. It turned out to be disfiguring. The second time he told me it was something much worse than what it was. The second incident was upsetting, but forgivable. It's always best to err on the side of caution. But the first time he should have said he didn't know rather than dismissed the problem.

This doctor is arrogant, rude, and condescending and made my mother and I feel insignificant, like we were wasting his time. He doesn't try to diagnose the health problem, but simply writes a prescription to treat the symptoms.

My husband and I both see Dr. Patay. He's thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. I definitely recommend.

Best PCP I've ever had. Young, intelligent, great bedside manner and his nurse lady is awesome too! My whole family uses him as our doctor.
