Dr. Bradley Wane Roberts, DDS

Had an appointment to day. Walked in no sign telling you what to do. No sign in sheet. I sat there for over 40 minutes while people came and went. I finally walked up to the window told them who I was and all they could say was" We thought you were with someone"! Three woman in that office made eye contact with me and didn't even say hello!!! On top of that, they lost the x-rays that my dentist sent them a month ago! Very unprofessional and substandard.

Not sure what to expect, yet things went so smooth. Dr. Robert's and his staff were a pleasure to work with and very professional

the pain was what I expected for having 2(two )teeth removed from the same side..one of them having some infection and other one being impacted(wisdom)..my regular dentist highly recommended Roberts..he was quick and efficient..they advised me to call them regular number /emergency number if ANY problems..none at this time and has been a week..WOULD go back to them again!!!!!

The first time i met Dr Roberts was a matter of seconds he walked in introduced himself and walked out to be quite honest he was rather rude. I felt like i was in and outed. Once i paid for the surgery to get all 4 wisdom teeth out it was too late i then felt as if i was put on the back burner. Once the surgery was done i was immediately i immense pain. Dr Roberts when i had told the dr the pain medication wasnt working they did not care my bleeding has yet to subside and i cannot eat due to the pain i am in. The doctors only advice was eat more tylenol i have exceeded the daily maximum on tylenol and still no help... I will never return to Dr. Roberts and will try to save as many people as possible from using him.
