Dr. Bradley L Rosenberg, MD

Called to ask if accepting new patients, they took my ins info name & birthdate. Said they would call back. Waited one week, no call. I called and gave my name and the woman who answered abruptly said they are not accepting new patients and hung up. So why take my info? There is something shady going on here and this doctor might want to look into it.

Wonderful doctor, very caring and thorough. His staff is super sweet and accommodating as well.

I will never allow him to diagnose me again. Condescending, rude totally uninterested in your health. Yes I am elderly but not stupid.

when you call their people at the desk will tell you that are not taking new patients if you look online it's clearly says that they are when I told the woman that says they're taking new patients she said they don't take my insurance I looked that up clearly says they do the people at the desk the management or liars they're losing business for the doctor and he needs to do something about it. Dr. Rosenberg if you like bad reviews about your business keep your staff if you want good reviews start firing them cuz they're no good

Not true to his word. Makes it appear like he is concerned, but he is not. Happy to give out free medicine and refer you to another doctor. He switched to mainly geriatrics because the elderly are the most vunerable and he can win them over with his bedside tactics - I know, I was fooled myself. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this guy. You will be happy you did!

I starting seeing Dr. Rosenberg when he opened his practice 30 years ago. He was much different then. I believe he got "too big for his britches." He really did me wrong when I relied on him. He says what you want to hear, but beware!! He is not true to his word. Recommended many to him. Would NEVER again. I was fooled. I thought he was a caring doctor, but NOT. Once you leave his office, he doesn't remember anything about you. My medical records were all messed up. So many discrepancies in treatments and diagnosis. Word to the wise, don't be fooled.

I am new in CT and tried to make an appointment and the first question was what kind of insurance I had. When I said Medicare with supplemental Blue Cross, the person answering the phone said she's send me a form with 2 weeks and then they would decide if I was "accepted." If so, it would take 3mo. to schedule an appointment. If Dr. Rosenberg is listed as a geriatrician, how can they decide whether or not to treat a patient with Medicare - sounds prejudicial to me!

Dr. Rosenberg is very personable and caring. Even though you may wait a little longer in the waiting room, once you get in, you have 100% of his attention. He never rushes you out. He takes time to explain things and make sure you understand everything. The staff is very friendly.

You won't find a doctor with a better bedside manner, but his receptionist is just lousy. A rude, snippy woman who should not be in a position of customer service. Looking for a new doctor just because of the sour experience of dialing his number.
