I have had to take my girlfriend to carolinas er multiple times and we love when he is working. He will not give up til he finds out what is going on.

We've taken my toddler to the ER 3 times in as many years. Once for a little fall and twice for post surgery complication. Each time we got Dr. Russell and we just adore him. Even my sick/injured toddler likes to see Dr. Russell.

Dr Russell treated me at the ER at Carolina. He is one of the few ER drs that actually takes the time to check you instead of just writing you a prescription and sending you home. He is very comforting and as he talked he talked to me and my fiancÃ©. I would see him as a family physician.

Dr. Russell was so wonderful to my husband, he was a patient in the ER at Carolinas on 11/26/13. He was so helpful and knowledge about what was going on with my husband. We could not have asked for a better experience with a physician.
