The office manager Hina/ wife of the dr ruined it for me. Will never return not recommend them.

so i had 2 occasions of rude staff first occasion my son had a sleep study he has sever autism he is 6 years old we were sent here due to night mares as well as sleep apnea issues the sleep tech told me i had to lay with my son and restrain him to keep him still and if he cried during the night or had a loud episode of a night mare we would have to leave. we completed sleep study and i was then scheduled for mine during his consultation i was told i didn't have to repeat steps for mine which were the video and information i just had to come in and fill out paperwork and they would schedule me so i did as told when i came in filled out paperwork the receptionist said i was good to go so i left then about 30 mins later they called and said i walked out and i could not reschedule i then spoke to dr smiths wife and she is refusing to reschedule as well and she apologizes for the inconvenience of her staffs wording but i can not reschedule this is not ok but i work for a drs office and i… will not be sending any of out patients that way either and i send a ton so good by dream sleep and hello any other sleep center you lost business

Most dishonest clinic in Pueblo by far. They dont even have proper staff to do proper medical care. Nobody has the correct credentals at this facility. They have a scam for your money folks dont do it. They bill for unnecessary things and follow ups are not needed. His wife Hina dont pay staff as well who is the practice manager so they are out for your dollar and can care less about the patients or issues. Re-name to fraud and dishonesty center if they want to be more accurate. Very pathetic facility dont sent your sick dog here. I dont recommend any services here.

We make several referrals to Dr. Bradley W. Smith for our patients. They do an excellent job with communicating when appointments are scheduled, letting us know when a patient no shows or cancels, and provides us with reports after appointments are attended. We very rarely have to reach out to them for any of the above information. They are timely and efficient in all aspects of the referral process, which in turn makes our jobs easier. The staff are always friendly as well!

So Dr. Smith can actually be a good Dr however has very poor choice in management. His wife is the manager and she is awful, she makes all the decisions and they are bad. They are just in it for insurance money. Highly recommend to keep looking this place is not worth the time.

So my husband had an appointment we were called 2 weeks before about the time which we were told the paperworjwould be mailed to us to fill out which is it was and we did fill out we show up to the appointment at the scheduled time the initial greeting was great, while we were waiting we noticed that there was an elderly women waiting when we arrived. 12 mins after we arrived she gets up to ask the desk about her appointment which was at 1 pm and here it is 2:08 pm and she still has not been called back the receptionist asks her "Did you check in when you got here?" The women said yes I did it was not with you but I did check in. And she was asked are you sure you were told 1 and she said yes the receptionist said that's strange we normally don't schedule any one at 1 cause that's out lunch hour. The women's says inam just here to pick up testing equipment. So the receptionist says I apologize and we will get that to you right away have a seat. So they takes care of her and the lady… that brings out the equipment ask the lady who'd you check I with the some. Says I am not sure but it ok now. My husband and I are sitting there next to glad window and can here the office people talking long about their women and why she sat out there so long. In the mean time as we sitting there 3 patients walk In and check in after us for their appointments. And they all were greeted nicely and then 1 by 1 they all get taken back before us after the second one got called back we could here on the other side of the wall our name and another name being talked about and that the other name was ahead of us. But even if she was how was that possible she walked in after us and checked in after us. So my husband got up and questioned this with a firm frustrated voice not yelling what's going on. The receptionist tried to tell us that well we are running behind. If that were the case why was that not communicated when we arrived? And that we weren't scheduled till 2:20 and now it's 2:46. So he said I want to be seen in the next 5 mins or I am going some where else. We sat there 5 mins and this lady comes out with out paper work and tells us with a rude look on her face I don't think we are a good fit. We found out from out primary care Dr that they called them and said we yelled at the office staff which we did not and that we were considered a new patient even tho we have been here before and that was why it was taking a little longer. Again why was that not communicated. And beware of the it billing practices because the first time we seen them they never mailed us a bill to pay they just turned us into collections. I run a salon and I never let my client not know or wait for their services for more than 10 mi s with out being communicated to. And you can't tell me that if any one of these office staff ladies were in our shoes they would not react the same way. I hope they take this feed back seriously.

Chantell V. took wonderful care of us and made us feel very welcome. Nice office, nice people. Dr. Smith has helped me feel better, BIPAP machine has done wonders.
