Dismisses medical concerns

We had gone to Dr. Tinkle after the death of our grandson. We were told to have Genetic testing would help other families and would be no more than $100 because they would be doing the testing in house. It has been a year since we have been there. We have called his office close to 10 times after receiving a bill of $850.00. They keep on giving us lip service. I now received a collection notice and the possibility of poor credit because of false information that we received from Dr. Tinkle. I am very disappointed in him. To use a family for research and lie to them when we are grieving the loss of a small child. Shame on you Dr. Tinkle. I will never tell anyone to go for testing in your office ever!

He took great care of the 3 of us, and spent plenty of time with us answering questions. He is also available to us thru email, which has definitely come in handy. I highly recommend Dr. Tinkle for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome patients. He is also willing to help our family dr if asked for opinions, etc.
