Dr. Bradley Allen Urie, MD

I have, over 16 years, had numerous doctors treat me for CRPS. Ive been treated by experts on the rare disease at UCLA and Fresno Ca. Then I moved to Ut. Everything became a disaster ot pain management MD’s who knew nothing but to throw a lot of high dose opioids at me. Then I found Dr Urie. He has been a life saver! He definitely doesn’t create drug addicts. He is very conscientious and compassionate. He spends time listening to his patients at each visit, I’ve never been rushed. The shots he’s given me have been effective where even the MD at UCLA wasn’t able to do them and have them work for me. This all led me to trust him to do a nerve oblation in my neck which I thought Id never do. But I trusted him. We did it and I woke up the day after the procedure without a headache for the first time in probably years. I know that there negative reviews about him. Being in constant pain is a severe trial and it can truly filter how you perceive people and the world around you. He’s # 1

My husband has been seeing dr. Urie for about a year and what a blessing he and his staff have been. We finally got a diagnosis for my husbands 10+year battle with severe pain that was causing a complete inability to even so much as go for a short walk or hold anything in either hand. We have seen SO MANY doctors and specialists and had what we believe to be at least 4 unnecessary major surgeries as well as being misdiagnosed with blood cancer and 6 weeks of treatment at the huntsman cancer institute before being told "actually you dont have blood cancer" finding Dr Urie has been truly amazing. He has given my husband back some quality of life and is still working to make it even better for my husbands day to day life. I genuinely feel like the bad reviews i have read on dr Urie are just angry people that didnt get prescribed the drugs they wanted. Dr. Urie is a pain specialist but that doesn't mean hes going to give you pain medication. HE'S A DOCTOR NOT A DRUG DEALER" thanks PINNACLE… PAIN MANAGEMENT!! Dr. Urie AND all his staff are simply amazing and genuinely caring people.if you u are looking for a true diagnosis and th medical relief and treatment this is 100% the doctor and clinic you should be at.????

I've been seeing Dr. Urie for years... He and his office are always professional. DRUG SEEKERS stay away. He doesn't play games with meds.

I brought my wife in to this strip mall after being refer by my doctor. he gave me a few choices for pain management, as we had exhausted what tanner clinic could offer. Dumb me, I picked the one closest to my home. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS MAN. EVERYTHING IN THE REVIEWS FROM WHAT I COULD SEE IS TRUE. I had no idea the type of individual this person was until we got there. needless to say the service was horrid. Apparently this is a Dr's office, and tanning salon. we were definitely on the back burner of what was important to them, as they saw 8 tanning patients before the even called in my wife. When we went back the office was filthily, he did not wash his hands, and had a rancid odor. For some reason, without even looking at my wife, or having her remover her shoe, he giggled and said , "I don't treat sprained ankles". We politely left and went to the U pain center that had to reattach a tendon on top of her foot and manage her pain for 3 weeks. the interesting part...just like many… of the other reviews we received a bill for $380.00 after insurance had already paid him $600 to walk in a room and say, sorry i cant treat a sprained ankle". WOW he really did Scam our insurance after not seeing us, and is now trying to collect from us. after all that he himself got on the phone and demanded his $380.00 and wham I refused to pay because he refused to see us, he said "I knew you were not a Mormon. im sending you to collection." what in the world does my religion have to do with him not taring me and demanding money. Sir I don't know your faith, but whatever it is, I hope you believe in karma. You are a very rude, and dishonest individual.

he sends out random bills and his family will threaten to send you to collections unless you bring him in money or pain meds. this is crazy that this type of behavior is happening

Brad is a horrid scam artist. My family had to file a police report against a person we have never even talked to. never steeped foot in his office, and never meet. i guess he really needed $40.00 for something (I can only imagine some sort of self medication). not sure who this is but be very careful, as we had to file a restraining order

Dr Urie is a very gruff, rude, and an egotistical person. If you do see him do not get any second opinions or he will blow a gasket on you. He made it known that it was very insulting on his "medical expertise" and refused to help out anymore. Told us we should just continue treatment with these other doctors in a snide way. Watch your step.

Dr Uris is horrid at wha he does, office staff is nothing but his family and he will try to bill when you have never meet with him. This man is about as jones as a used car salesman.

Dr. Urie was so rude, disrespectful and made a family member of mine cry! He does not care about his patients, won’t actually listen to concerns and his wife/receptionist is the same. Never met such a horrible doctor in our life. DO NOT GO HERE.
