Dr. Bradley Jamison White, DO

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review for a doctor's office that up until a few months ago I would have given at least 4 stars to. No office is perfect however in this case after nearly 3yrs of myself and my granddaughter as patients there it was starkly brought to my attention that the only thing they care about is the bottom line. We were let go as patients a few months ago with no word or warning. I was lied to by a staff member that notification had been sent in the mail days before yet no such notice has been received. Neither was an answer received in regards to my request in writing for reconsideration of the decision. If not for me at the very least for my granddaughter who has emotional handicaps and finding another doctor that she trusts would be near impossible. We suffered a loss the previous year that not even I would have predicted would affect me in the way that it did. To say that my grief was overwhelming and debilitating would be and understatement and… would not do it justice. If it weren't for my granddaughter I am 100% sure I would have just stayed in bed and allowed myself to die. Due to what I can only surmise was severe depression, that year I did reschedule and cancel appointments. This is the reason they noted for the dismissal. Although I understand the reasoning, what bothered me was they were aware of the situation and instead of worrying about my well being as a patient as they claim on their website and maybe sitting me down and saying "Hey we understand but the affect it is having on your ability to keep commitments at the moment is going to force us to have to let you go" they very rudely said your no longer a patient. Then it was maybe we can see your granddaughter then it was just no. I could have very easily decided to get another doctor when it took 2yrs of constantly reminding me of one appointment that consistently never got scheduled when it was supposed to but I didn't. I tried to be understanding. The Dr himself as far as I know personally was one of the better doctors we have been fortunate to have. No I am forced to see a doctor that can't even be bothered to read our medical records by the 2nd visit and being treated like an addict due to one prescription that has gone practically unchanged for more than 20yrs. Basically, as long as you have the right insurance or have the right amount of money I suppose you could buy your way to a guarantee that they will remain your PCP until you decide otherwise. That's all I have to say other than it was heartbreaking and very disappointing to discover that money and not a patients well being takes priority here. In regards to this particular doctor, having worked in the medical profession, I know that any issue concerning a patient regardless of the nature always requires the doctor's input or approval. Up until this incident I would have declared him a blessing as far as doctors go especially in my granddaughter's case. However, knowing what I stated above just goes to show that you don't know people at all. Given the situation I find it hypocritical of them to post their statements in regards to a patients well being on their webpage.

Dr.White is an amazing Doctor,and Man he talks to you like you're his best friend and listens to you clearly. The best Doctor I have ever had in all my years of living .

Dr. White always takes time to talk to you and listen. A trait that is disappearing in the medical profession.

Dr White is a Drs,Doctor. A great person and family man in addition to all things he does.
