Great care at Methodist with Dr. Williams. Long wait and lots of people with Influenza. He was focused and efficient and apologized for the wait times. He diagnosed my son with the flu and even gave us a balloon.

It took a long time for Dr. Williams to see me in the ER. When I was seen, he did a quick job and put in 2 stitches where he should have put in 3. As a consequence, my thumb is now permanently damaged.

Very attentive and thorough. He talked fast, but allowed us time to ask questions. A very busy day in the ED. The nursing staff was also excellent at Methodist. Very impressed with the service and the care provided. I even received a call after my visit.

I saw Dr Williams at The Urgency Room in Eagan, Mn and was very disappointed. He didn't listen as I told him what happened and diagnosed me with a muscle strain after limited examination. Spent a total of 2 minutes in my room. I got a second opinion and discovered I actually had a fractured shoulder bone. Walk out and go to the ER if he walks in your room.
