I have been dreading this dental visit, but when I arrived at my consult Dr Wurth was great! Put my fears at ease immediately. Today I went back for surgery and was a little nervous, but again the staff were all great, and Dr Wurth immediately made me feel comfortable and before I knew it I was on my way home! I highly recommend for your dental needs.

Consultation resulted in a mediocre vague opinion that would only lead to follow up visits. We found a MUCH better more experienced local oral surgeon that we switched too. The worst experience was being billed 2.5 years AFTER our only consultation! Extremely incompetent office staff, as our insurance was not billed properly to begin with and then never billed for 2.5 years! Our account number doesn't even match our name! No arguing with them as they are claiming to comply with KRS statue to bill for medical services up to the statue of limitations of 5 years. Would NEVER recommend!

The staff is rude, and they act as if they have no idea what they are doing. The nurse has no clue what we were here for, the receptionist were cold and very unpleasant to talk to. Never felt so unwanted or like such a bother to someone. Address is wrong on all paperwork given to me, and on the web, and when I called the lady was rude and acted like I was stupid because t I didn’t have the correct address. Worst oral surgeon office ever!
