Dr. Brandan Lee Lebourdais, DDS

About Doctor LeBourdais
Dr. LeBourdais was born and raised in Bay City, MI. He
attended Alma College for his undergraduate studies and was
accepted at the University of Michigan Dental School.
While at the University of Michigan, Dr. LeBourdais was
awarded a scholarship by the United States Navy and became a
Dental Officer. Upon graduation from Dental School, Dr.
LeBourdais and his wife were stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
Dr. LeBourdais treated US Marines, Sailors and their
families. He completed a year long residency in General
Dentistry and t
his
year piqued his interest in Orthodontics. While in the Navy,
Dr. LeBourdais received several awards for his clinical
abilities, leadership, and dedication to service of the
Sailors and Marines of the United States.
After his fourth year in the Navy, Dr. LeBourdais was
accepted into the Orthodontic Residency at the University of
Minnesota. The two year program encompassed clinical
treatment of children and adults with severe malocclusions.
Dr. …LeBourdais conducted an independent research project and
was awarded a Master’s of Science degree and a Certificate
of Orthodontics from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. LeBourdais successfully completed his National and
State Board examinations in Orthodontics and has become a
Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. LeBourdais is an active member of the American
Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association,
American Board of Orthodontists and Saginaw Valley Dental
Society. He is also member of an Orthodontic Study Club, and
attends meetings to remain knowledgeable of the most current
treatment methods in orthodontics.
