Awful. Poor communication from staff, doctor the whole thing. I was put in what looked like a store room for a procedure. It didn't look sterile, the tools were laying out uncovered. No one ever called with results, I found them by accident. No one ever explained. I pulled report for the GP.

Dr. Brandi is not responsible for her patients, no call, no email, and no text for following up the lab results since it was very crucial for the patient! We found the lab results very accidentally after 2 months! She gave wrong information about the illness and after letting her know, even she didn't apologize and try to run away from the truth! The front desk lady is also very rude and irresponsible when you try to talk to her! NEVER RECOMMEND, NEVER !!!!

I am so disappointed in how I was treated. I regret letting this provider administrator my IUD. I called to make an appointment and was told I would only be able to do a virtual appointment after explaining the possibility of me having a miscarriage. I completely understand the extra precautions taken due to COVID19 but seriously. This is ridiculous!

Although everyone at this doctor’s office was very polite, unfortunately they are very unprofessional. I have visited this office twice and although I arrived early for both visit, the doctor did not see me until over 2 hours late. The office did not call me when my test results were in (which was promised), and the nursing station does not answer the phone. Also be aware they do not give negative test results over the phone, regardless if your not in country, which really defeats the purpose of having test preformed. Why test someone and when they call for the results tell them that theres a problem and it may affect your baby, but we can not tell you what the problem is over the phone regardless of the fact that your not going to be in town for a few weeks?

I am leaving a 1 star review based on the fact I was charged 183 dollars for a well women exam. I was new in town and needed to find a doctor so I could get a refill on my birth control. Dr. Compton-Joseph preformed a full well women exam on me, but then denied that she did. After multiple attempts to remove the charge, I was treated very poorly and the charge wasn't removed.

Dr C-J is amazing. She takes her time and explains everything. Yes, you may have to wait a few minutes to see her but you know when its your turn, she will take her time and not be rushed. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Today and the previous years I have had bad experience with this lady! she is not professional at all. She was arguing with my husband right after I pushed out my baby about his circumcision. All he was doing was asking questions about the procedure. She spends no time with you afterwards, you do better having the baby all by yourself. She gets very aggressive if you ask her a question that she cannot answer. All she cares about is getting paid. She even looks at you like she is better than you! Do not go to this practice or her if you want to feel like you are getting the best care. Rather you are on Medicaid or spending money out of your pocket!!!!!
