Dr. Brandi Michelle Wiens, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Lemons at Andover Medical Center for 40 years. Dr. Lemons is excellent. I saw Kathy Shieve, PA, for 30 years. She has left the practice and moved out of state. My first appointment with Dr. Wiens was after I returned from vacation, where I was seriously ill and hospitalized for over a week. After returning home, I made an appointment with AMC and was scheduled with Dr. Wiens. I will say I was a little skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found her to be extremely pleasant, very understanding, and comforting. She listened to all of my complaints and all of my issues and addressed every single one of them. She not only covered my current health issues but had reviewed my file as far back as 16 years and saw tests that I should’ve been taking and had not. She scheduled those tests. She assured me that I get timely appointments and called me with follow-ups on those tests within a week. She placed me on a new medication and had her nurse call within a… few days to ask how I was feeling on the medication. She told me where I could go to find out more information about my condition and also the medicines that I was on. It has been 30 years since I have had a doctor take this much interest in me as a patient leaving there. For the first time in 25 years, I left that appointment feeling at ease and confident that I was in good hands. Without reservation, I absolutely would highly recommend her.
