Dr. Brandon Ayres is a knowledgeable, committed physician to his specialty. He is not only highly qualified but a nice person who cares about his patients. God Bless You Dr. Ayres; you are a credit to your profession.

Appointment was for 10:30 AM. Waited until 1:05 to be seen. Staff at Bala Cynwyd made no apologies and was actually asking patients to go home and come back another day, after they had waited 3+hours.Staff does not return phone calls, nor do they send surgical packets with the necessary forms.We needed 11 phone calls just to schedule a date for surgery.While Dr Ayres may be brilliant, his staff makes the experience stressful and unpleasant.

I would not have another ophthalmologist. Dr Ayers made the whole process very easy.I would recommend him to anyone contemplating eye surgery.

Dr Ayers performed ICL implant surgery on my eyes a few years ago. My vision was quite bad, and my expectation was that I would have less dependence on my glasses (my eyes had become intolerant of contacts). The end result is that my vision became perfect in both eyes, and remains so. I was sedated during the surgeries (one on each eye-a few days apart), but don't have any memory of the procedures themselves. Dr Ayers himself was/is professional, totally competent, and cares first and foremost about the patient, and not the money like so many other doctors. I highly recommend him.
