I went into the ER with my ankle the size of a baseball unable to walk. Xrays etc were done. This "D.O." Comes in for 10.5 seconds says he didn't "think" it was broken, but wanted it in a bot for "a few days"....... next thing I know the wonderful RN comes in with a full fledged FRACTURE boot, telling me 4-6 WEEKS and to follow-up with ORTHOPEDICS!!! No worries, I was going to be calling Steindler Monday Morning!!! I get a notification on my MyChart, this "provider" had the audacity to finalize and "dictate " my radiography films....he is NOT a RADIOLOGIST!! He couldn't read a family photo and pick out his own parents if it was handed to him!!! He is rude, condescending, arrogant, and has ZERO bedside manor. I was literally given a FRACTURE boot- and BOOTED out with discharge paperwork. With a dx of "Sprain of Left Ankle/Foot, differential dx LEFT FOOT/ANKLE FRACTURE" you have to be kidding right? I had to WALK myself out to my own care in the rain in excruciating pain, crying and… without answers! Shame on this provider and the organization for keeping him on staff!!!!

I went in feeling like I could die. He walks in and says everything looked normal. I asked him to go over my test results in person because I had questions and concerns. This made him angry. I was irritated at his rudeness because of continuously feeling like noone was helping me. Instead of being kind, he rolled his eyes at me and told me “I have to get back to work” as If I was a waste of his time as his patient. If you cant be kind to ppl you get reviews like this.
