Dr. Brandon Joseph Crouch, MD

took my husband and son to establish a primary care relationship. My minor child's physical consisted of taking his blood pressure and asking questions, no blood work, no examination. My husband with a large immediate family history of lung cancer and prostate cancer did not even have his blood pressure taken, never mind an examination. He always seemed preoccupied and as if he really did not care. Never went back and found other doctors. I do not know why he is in this field of work

Finally found a keeper. Dr. Crouch fits the bill. Very interested in helping me with all my problems. Was very worried I would’ve find another good physician after losing my doctor of over 30 years. Hope he is here to stay

My mother needed a primary care physician and Dr Crouch was accepting patients. His office staff is very helpful and accommodating, but Dr. Crouch is not. He did not relate to mom very well, talked down to both of us, had very few suggestions concerning her condition and care. Didn't do any evaluation other than ask questions. When she was hospitalized for DVT bloodclots he didn't call her or come see her but was happy to take her money for the follow up once she was discharged. I say you have to do something first before you can follow up. Looking for a new MD, but hard to find one when the patient is 87.

This was my third visit with Dr Crouch. Thought I had a bad reading of him. My initial instincts were correct. He is a very impolite, condescending person. Was rude and very dismissive of my concerns. Will be looking for a new doctor

This guy is a piece of work! First of all, he looks like an oversized blueberry in his blue scrubs while he is telling me how overnight I am. Then, I felt rushed, as I must have been the last patient for the day. He berated me for the order I listed my ailments and pretty much talked down to me the entire time I was in his office. What a JackWagon!

My husband went to see Dr. Crouch & was very unsatisfied with his rude conduct. He was very condescending and quite simply put - very unprofessional. Wish I would have seen the review from the frustrated parent with the poor child with strep throat before advising him to see Brandon Crouch. There are many wonderful doctors in the Mansfield area. Don't waste your time going to see Brandon Crouch.

This guy does not listen to the patients concerns. My wife brought our son in because he was having pain in his throat. His throat was red and swollen. Brandon turned them away saying nothing was wrong with him. My wife felt his was rude and inconsiderate. My wife and son returned 2 weeks later with the same complaint of sore throat. They did a throat culture and discovered strep throat. Big miss by this doctor. Note to doctor: DONT TREAT YOUR PATIENTS LIKE CRAP.
