I agree with other reviews that after care was horrible. I had a major 15 level) spinal fusion. He kept telling me 1 & 2 years out that my level was of pain was “normal” and I just needed “to get stronger,” despite doing p.t. and mild exercise daily. Went to a specialist and it turns out he put screws in the wrong place (not even in bone, in my spinal canal), and didn’t remove some disc fragments. After three years of excruciating pain and being ignored, I’m going in for a 2nd surgery with someone else to correct the mistakes Dr. Lawrence wouldn’t tell me he made. Years more recovery and thousands of dollars, on top of the mental and physical pain I already endured. My emails went unanswered and he did not care that I didn’t get better.

Dr. Lawrence was my surgeon for a recent discectomy, and he was excellent in every way!

Dr. Lawrence evaluated my MRI and determined that lower back surgery would eliminate the sciatica in my right leg. My surgery went extremely well. Dr. Lawrence's staff and associates were incredibly supportive post-op. It has been one year since my surgery and I am scheduled for a 1 year check-up shortly. I feel my surgery was beyond successful. I ski, do yard work, hiking, exercising etc. pain free. I fully endorse Dr. Lawrence and his staff!!!

My daughter had to have a rod put in her back to correct her scoliosis. He was fabulous in all aspects of the procedure and got us through it a lot easier than I ever thought it would be!

The diagnosis was accurate. The care preprocedure was great. Post surgery has been HORRIBLE.
