Dr. Oberweis is attentive and takes the time to call you after each test and explain the results. He calls you, not a member of his staff. He answers all the logical follow-up questions before you even have to ask. You do not feel rushed when you see him. Highly recommend.

My BP shoot up for no apparent reason from always being 110/70 to 198/117. ER visit was a waste of money and I was advised to see my primary . My primary was so booked she “couldn’t fit me in”. In desperation one of my job friend referred me to dr Oberweis. I called his office. They were completely booked but due to the emergent situation he and his office staff saw me for the first time in their office during their lunch break , sacrificing their lunch break. Doctor Oberweis was one of the nicest doctor I ever met . Very kind and sympathetic, excellent bedside manners , extraordinarily calm and comforting. My BP dropped within minutes to 150/100. He put me on medication and followed up regularly by phone . My BP is normal again and he is weaning me off of medication now . He Kept me updated on all my test results. I have utmost respect for dr. Oberweis. I found a cardiologist for life
