Dr. Brandon Neil Sorensen, MD

I was scheduled to see Dr. Sorensen at 4pm. Unfortunately he had an issue with his equipment and it needed repaired. Dr. Sorensen decided to have the equipment repaired immediately and kept his appointments. He stayed until 7 pm to make sure his patients received the care they needed. Dr. Brandon Sorensen is very kind, compassionate and listens to you. He truly has a desire to help his patients. I'm very grateful to have him as my pain management doctor. When I met Dr. Brandon Sorensen I realized he's so much like his father Dr. Eric Sorensen. Their one in s million!!!!!

This man will schedule you for a 2 month or longer wait, just to blow off your appointment. No calls, no cancellation, just nothing. He expects crippled and injured people to suffer going to his office to be turned away and looked at like a stranger with dementia. The staff is incompetent and rude. The doctor clearly cares nothing for his patients and will allow them to suffer to death or be forced to find help elsewhere. He has blown me off 3 times now as mentioned above! He has also done the same to my mother who is elderly and severely injured. There is no excuse for this kind of negligence from a physician who should clearly understand their obligations and responsibilities to their patients. Terrible doctor, terrible staff. I will be reporting our experiences to the California Board of Medicine, and speaking to my attorney about this "doctor". I sincerely want to warn anyone that needs real help, please for your sake and the sake of your loved ones, find someone better.

I visited Dr. Sorensen yesterday and he gave me my first ever pain injection into my lower back, the procedure was painless and swift. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Today is the first day in 30 plus years that I have woke up pain free. Thank you Dr. Sorrensen. Steve Tindle

Dr. Sorenson and his staff are very friendly and courteous. All of our appts. have been a great success. We use to have a pain management Dr. in Fresno who was great, so to start with another Dr. you're hoping for close to the same. We are fortunate to feel comfortable and completely confident with Dr. Sorenson. Would recommend him to any one who need this kind of care.

Staff is friendly and courteous. In my case, I have many diagnoses, and he helps manage all of them. He has an excellent PA, and I am comfortable meeting with her. She consults him, if she has questions, or if I report something new. Dr. Sorensen's office is busy because he is excellent at what he does. You do have to wait for a first appointment, but he is worth the wait.

He has got to be one of the best Drs I have ever had!!!!! He is able to have compassion for you and is 100% there to help treat your pain and not just dope you up like most. Not sure what I would do without him and his staff
