Dr. Brandon H Tayler

Dr Brandon Tayler said my child needed 5 fillings. He had done three already but went to a closer dentist to do the other two. New dentist thought the proposed cavities were shadows instead of cavities. New dentist did new X-rays and there was absolutely no cavities. Can't help but wonder if the other three fillings were even needed. Also I had two crowns that I never got put on because Dr. Brandon Taylers lehi office burned down back in June or July 2016 and my crowns were destroyed as well. I was told they would call me with new appointment once they had the crowns remade but that never happened. What did happen was when I ask about it a whole year later they said I may have to pay $100 bucks each for new crowns to be made. They then told me I would have to pay full price to get new crowns and dental prep done again. Mind you my insurance had already paid as well as I had already paid (less the amount of my portion for the two crowns). I told them I would gladly pay the rest of my… original balance once I had said crowns in my mouth. They then sent me a collection letter demanding payment (for crowns and services not rendered) to be paid in 10 days or else they would send me to collections. I went ahead and paid it as I just didn't have time to deal with it (I was taking care of my mother w breast cancer) and I didn't won't my credit score damaged. Dr. Brandon Tayler is a thief, a crook, a dentist who lies and tells you your kid needs fillings when they don't and in my opinion a terrible person to have treated me the way he did. Thankfully I went to another dentist or else my child would had more fillings they didn't actually need. For me however I will have to pay full price for two new crowns and dental prep. Basically I'm paying twice for my crowns. I'll go to another dentist of course but it is just so wrong to be forced to first pay dr. Brandon Tayler for the two crowns in full which I never got cause they were destroyed in his office fire, and then also again have to pay in full to have them redone. Insurance won't pay a dime on the second go around either so I'm looking at $2000+ which essentially means I'm paying a grand total of $4000 give or take for two crowns. Think twice before you consider this dentist. He is not worth going to and has no moral character and like I said; he's a terrible dentist and a full out crook! I would have never gone to him in the first place but he happened to buy my previous dentist practice (previous dentist had started crown process but had left practice before it was done). Previous dentist was amazing, such a good dentist and I know he would have never have done this to me because he was a great dentist with moral character and just plain nice and great person. I wish he was still in practice. It's getting harder and harder to find honest professionals these days and it's unfortunate. Don't go to Dr Brandon Tayler for dentristy work, you will be disappointed and he's not a good person as I stated earlier. Just a liar and a crook!

Friendly, detail oriented, efficient and did not rush our appointment or seem bothered by my questions. Walked me through each step, which I appreciated. I would recommend Dr Tayler. He did a great job fixing my cavity and crown. My tooth feels smooth and no pain!

I have been going to Dr. Tayler for a couple of years, but my wife saw him last week, and my 5 year old daughter as well. Both came away impressed by the entire staff, but Dr. Tayler specifically. He has a very kind manner about him that eased my daughter (her first dental appointment ever) and allowed her to get a thorough examination. My daughter wants to go back… so that's a good thing!
