My Husband ?? recently had a bout of 6 seizures in a period of 4.5 hrs, we arrived at St. Alphonsus, Boise. (Via: Ambulance, mind you the EMTs were Great!??) Dr. Wilding is not my fave doc, yet he does know & remembers whom his patients are & were, at a doc - patient level that is. Anyhoo, he ordered for only 28 Keppra at 500 mg & on the script it clearly states 1 dose daily fer 28 dys. Well in the go home papers it states the same except fer it to be twice daily?! Hmmph.. My Husbands Keppra was raised to 1000 mg via St. Lukes. My Huaband is nearing 50 yrs old, he has grammal seizures since he was 1st ever Hospitalized at the young age of 6 yrs old.. Sad day, Yo!. Okay so in the go home papers it gives a list of dos n donts, which clearly is the norm.! One of the do's is: Get adequate rest.. Fer like any an all know after seizures one is not back to their norm, so therefore adequate rest would mean going back to Work the following eve/er what not. We got to hospital 5-13-19 round… 930ish - I'd say & left 5-14-19 round 2ish.. So Dr. Wilding had a note fer my Husbands work place that said he would be ready fer work 5-14-19.? C'mon Seriously??! So I would like to know, What Dr. Wilding feels in his mind is Adequate Rest fer an epileptic w/ a bout of seizures as my husband?. Oh, & Tramadol was given fer My Husbands excruciating headache, (which may er may not go hand n hand w/ one) tramadol clearly does in fact state it can cause seizures. My Love is rarely in pain ever, & when he is i offer him ibuprofen. He's so stubborn, & refuses to take it.. He is not there wanting anything bogus, clearly how bout 800 profen, it does not cause seizures. Okay Goodnight, Summer
