Dr.Wible placed my port. He was kind and professional, but nurses say my scar is the ugliest and bizarrest port scar they’ve ever seen because of the sutures being done poorly. I’ve had nurses ask me if the scar is a blister or a burn. The internal sutures which hold the port to the muscle are also loose, so it wiggles and begins to turn over which may require more surgery to fix.

I was treated with compassion, kindness, and an abundance of skilled professionalism. Unlike many medical professionals, when he asked me a question, he listened carefully to my response. When I asked him a question, he explained clearly and completely, without any condescension in his tone or attitude. He gave me the chance to make my own decisions regarding the procedure. It was a refreshing change from my experience with specialists.
