Dr. Brandy J. Boutin, MD

Worst pediatrician I have ever spoken to. I called after hours and she was the on call nurse. She didn’t feel my situation was important enough to bother her. Told me I should call during business hrs and hung up in my face.

I’ll keep it brief. She’s amazing! Very knowledgeable and super nice. Always available when I need her but she is in high demand so call in early. She’s a great fit for my kids, they love her.

Dr. Brandy is amazing, she had been my daughters pediatrician for a year now (since she was born) she is great with my daughter and my daughter doesn't cry when she sees her! If you need to get in that day they will fit you in! They always have her or another dr on call for even the littlest things, always return your call right away, the other dr is amazing too! The nurses and front office is amazing and everyone is very personable with you! When my daughter was a newborn and she had her well visit before I walked in the office they had a room ready so she was exposed little as possible to the sick kids. When you have an appointment they are usually on time and the pediatricians take their time and answers all your questions! Even if you forgot a question they will come back out to you to answer it! Weer drove 45 minutes to see them! That's how amazing they are! Highly recommended wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else!

I just changed my daughter's PCM to Dr. Boutin from an on-base provider because it was such a long drive for us, and I am SO glad I did! What a wonderful change Breeze Pediatrucs as a whole is! And Dr. Boutin could not have been nicer or more down-to-earth. The whole visit was great and they made my 2-yr-old leave saying "that's fun" because she actually enjoyed herself! Our appointment was made last minute and they fit us right in. I was running late and they were very understanding, they provided crayons, stickers and even a popsicle to my daughter. Dr. Boutin was thorough and took her time with us. We may have only had one visit thus far, but from what I saw, it sounds like any negative reviews on here had to be for the wrong doctor.

Dr Brandi Boutin is by far the BEST pediatrician that we have EVER had! In this area alone we have seen 4 other pediatrician's !Not to mention the many others we have encountered throughout our 15 years of military moves. Dr Brandi has spent countless hours with us, referred us to specialists and become someone I can trust wholeheartedly with the health and welfare of my 2 boys. My very first visit to her office, while waiting in our room I received a phone call that my husband was involved in a shooting in Afghanistan. In my attempt to not alarm my son I left the room but did not make it far before a nurse saw how distraught I was. I could not speak clearly and within seconds Dr Brandy had taken me into their break room and sat with me until I could calm down, She did not know me and she took the time to listen. Throughout the 2 years since our first visit we have been there many times. With 2 asthmatic children I have also made ALOT of late night phone calls. To which I have NEVER… felt that I was interuppting a good nights rest ( which I am sure I was ) or pushed aside! These women are not only pediatrician's they are also mothers and they know how it feels to have a sick child. I could go on and on but clearly you can see that Dr Brandy and the rest of the Breeze Pediatrics Dr's and staff are by far the best in this area!!

In my opinion, she is rude and very very pushy with the parents to do what she says! She has the attitude if I tell you to use this prescription you use it and not question her. She is right you are wrong! Find a ped who truly will care for your child best interest. Not $$$$ they can make on you!

Both of my daughters (11 and 14) have gone to Dr. Boutin for two years. We have lived in many different states due to the military and have experienced both good and bad pediatrics. Dr. Brandy Boutin is what the BEST looks like.We have been so happy with the care with receive at Breeze Pediatrics. First off, the wait time once arriving for an appointment is AMAZINGLY short. We have never waited more than 5 minutes to get vitals and 10 minutes to see the doctor.What amazes me most about this doctor is the amount of time she will spend with your child. As a mother of a pre-teen and teen, my daughters do not give information out easily. Dr. Boutin will spend time with them asking questions about school, life, health, wellness, etc. She provides real-life, practical advise that is invaluable for this age. She cares about my children and is not interested in getting you out the door quickly. She has had talks with my daughters about grades, healthy living, boys, schools, and much more.… Teens often won't listen to the advise of their moms, but 'Dr. Brandy's' advise is well received.In an emergency, we called Dr. Boutin's after hours care line. She called back within 5 minutes and then called and checked on us multiple times to make sure all was good. It's that personal touch that we are just not used to from any other doctor we have ever seen throughout the country, not just this area.Someone mentioned that Dr. Boutin is inexperienced. I know that she is a younger doctor, but all doctors started out younger. My children relate better to her because she is a younger woman doctor than some old man doctor. How anyone could not see what a great doctor she is just baffles me. I hate the fact that one day my daughters will be too old to see Dr. Boutin...because she is a doctor that we would love to see for life.

Inexperience, rude, and very pushy

Dr. Boutin and all the Staff at Breeze have been wonderful. She has been seeing my 13 yr.old son with Autism for two years now. My son also has other complex issues. Dr. Boutin and the staff have all been very supportive and helpful, even the day my son decided he was going to take off out of the office and run through the parking lot...Dr. Brandi and the nurse and I finally caught him but of course it was all about my son! I could not of asked for a better doctor or staff! I would recommend them to anyone! They follow up when they tell you they will! Dr. Brandi is not affaid to refer you to other doctors to help you find answers, she has been a part of an amazing support system for our child!!! She is sensitive to his issues and her bedside manner has been W*O*N*D*E*R*F*U*L !!!

I take both of my sons to Dr. Boutin. I am very pleased with the care they get.
