Dr. Branka Karan Mccarthy, DO

This is not a provider I would recommend. Very unsure and not helpful. I plan to look elsewhere for my car.

My wife had an unknown skin condition on her hands that was beginning to crack, bleed, and hurt. Since her regular PCP was busy she was schedule with Dr. McCarthy. Dr. McCarthy did nothing but suggest some over the counter expensive hand cream. She acted like she was afraid to come near my wife and never even touched her except to listen to her breathe through the stethoscope. What's breathing have to do with a skin condition? She finally stated she would prescribe some steroidal cream but then never sent the prescription in. Imagine our surprise when the pharmacist acted like we were crazy for even asking for this stuff. This is the third medical practitioner we've been disappointed in at Silver Springs. save your time and money and go somewhere else.
