I provide a supportive and open space for clients to discuss and explore their past, present and future to live life on their own terms. Helping clients who are battling with depression, anxiety, trauma and marital issues find healing and resolution is my specialty. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy I help clients to work through the areas of life that have them stuck to help them reach mental and emotional freedom. For those clients who seek to connect their Christian beliefs in a judgement free space with their day-to-day struggles, I am here to be a sounding board for your life’s decisions and resolutions. I became a counselor out of my love to listen and support people …through this journey called life. To help those who may not have a voice or feel like their voice is being stifled to learn to speak up and be comfortable with hearing themselves.
