Dr. Ashley is amazing, the office manager is terrible. Just seems like an evil woman. Does not care about patients!!

I really questioned my sanity going back to a Primary Care physician when I just got out of ER yesterday for what seemed like a heart related issue, but the information I got from the ER said everything looked normal. The PA Whitney was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. Laura a new Medical Assistant was nice, and concerned about my condition. As Dr. Ashley came in to see me, she made an observation that the ER had missed testingy blood for. Basically, other neurotransmitters. Good catch Dr. Ashley. Great team. Made me feel relaxed (without drugs). At least I won't be as nervous about going back to the Dr. Office

Dr. Ashley has always been kind courteous, and considerate to my whole family. She speaks in terms I can understand to the level of understanding I desire. She listens completely, which I don't get from many doctors, and she doesn't act like she is smarter or better than me. For this reason, I trust her judgement and my family to her. Thank you Dr. Ashley and your staff for all you do for us.

Dr Ashley was great the one time I saw her. However, my follow up was sch on a Monday. I started a new job and had to reschedule this appt. Called within 40 min of them opening, and my appt wasn't until late afternoon. Was sent to the office manager who wanted to charge me an extra $25 fee for not giving 24 hr notice. Keep in mind my appt was on a Monday now. I explained they had been closed all weekend and I called as soon as they opened. This woman in a very snotty way explained that she would choose to waive the fee should I bring her a printed and signed letter from the facility manager saying that I didn't have previous knowledge of having to work. I politely explained to her that I wasn't five years old, and as much as I had liked the doctor, I understood why there were so many bad reviews. I will not be returning to this office. Horrible office manager, I would imagine this is who is being referred to when people speak of a rude staff.

This is the worst excuse for a medical clinic I've ever been to, they always take forever to get people to the doctor, you have to wait at least an hour everytime. I greatly encourage going to a different doctors office

I couldn't get into my regular doctor, and my pain was strong enough that they suggested I go see Dr. Ashley. She was not sensitive to my needs at all. She was very awkward. She would sit there and stare at me after I got done talking like I was some kind of basket case. She told the nurse not to touch me because she didn't want to "contaminate" her. She diagnosed me before she even examined me.

Great doctor poor clinic.

I had been a patient at their office two years prior and had changed doctors. I decided that I wanted to return and the Office Manager told me that I could never return. They won't accept you as a patient after you leave once. Telling me I could never return was drastic.

This physician does not care about your needs and wants to schedule a different appointment for every concern that you have and then doesn't even listen to you.
