Will not listen to you acts as in a rush the whole time and while i am taking walks out door iand didn't.even answer one question for me

Went in with an appointment for chest pains and shortness of breath. First thing the triage staff did was give me a covid test. Place me into a room unattended while waiting 20 minutes for results. When questioned if that was standard procedure and that maybe since I presented with heart issues they might want to check my blood pressure, pulse, oxygen level, something, they suited back up and checked my vitals. When I brought this to Dr. Frisbie’s attention I was basically blamed for their actions because I should have been at the emergency room instead of her office, and those girls in triage are putting their lives on the line every day dealing with covid. Guess that means it’s ok to jeopardize my life with improper procedures. She could have just acknowledge my concerns and corrected the issue, instead she tried to justify their mistakes. Thanks for informing me that next time I think I might have had a heart attack I need to go to the ER. Meanwhile she ordered me to leave… her office with chest pains not rendering aid or service, for complaining.

If 0 stars could be given THAT would be more appropriate for this so called doctor! I was sent to Frisbie by my personal NP for an MRI order. Supposedly these two women were close, and there would be no issue. WRONG! Frisbie's ego got in the way. She LIED to my face stating she was going to run ONLY a CBC panel. A week or two later she ran multiple UNAUTHORIZED labs behind my back & of course on MY DIME! Note that all labs ran had already been done 2-6 months prior to me seeing her. I confronted the clinic she was with at the time, who said they would correct the fees (Nov 2016). Then I received a bill from the lab services for the same labs in 2017! I called and confronted both the lab and clinic and was told they would intercommunicated and get the bill settled. A few days later I was told everything had been handled, and notified of Frisbie moving to AR. Now here it is 2018, and I've been re-billed for these labs, along with being told that there is no documentation of my… complaints therefore the bill was never handled and I'm still responsible!! This woman will lie to your face, and then leave you with a bill you never agreed to!!!!

My daughter and I loved going to see Dr. Brenda Frisbie when she was at ETMC in Henderson. She is a wonderful caring Dr.

Dr. Frisbee made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful with all my worries about everything that's going on with my health. I'm so glad I finally found a doctor that I can be comfortable with and she doesn't dismiss anything I have to say, she actually listens and takes my feeling into consideration to work with me!

Dr. Frisbie is very caring. She addresses all your needs. She listens! I will recommend her to friends and family. I am a life time patient.
