Summary

Therapy That Goes Deeper

Sometimes insight isn’t enough. You may understand why you feel the way you do and still find yourself caught in the same patterns—anxiety that won’t quiet, depression that keeps returning, relationships that activate old wounds, or a nervous system that never quite feels safe.

My practice is designed for adults who are ready for deeper, meaningful work.

I specialize in working with complex trauma, chronic PTSD, childhood trauma and high ACEs, treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, bipolar, chronic pain and longstanding patterns that have not fully shifted, even through previous therapy. Many of the people I work with have already done a great deal of self-reflection. They aren’t looking for someone to simply give them another coping skill—they want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.

My approach is relational, humanistic, and integrative. Depending upon your needs, our work may draw from EMDR, clinical hypnosis, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, parts work, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed approaches. We may begin by developing practical skills and creating greater stability, then gradually move into the deeper beliefs, experiences, and patterns that continue to shape how you experience yourself and the world.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is not simply about reducing symptoms. It is also about developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself, learning to feel safe within your own body, recognizing what belongs to your past and what belongs to your present, and becoming increasingly able to trust your own inner wisdom.

Therapy is collaborative. I have a significant educational background while you are the expert in your life. My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to bring my training, experience, curiosity, and humanity into a relationship where we can discover together what has kept you stuck—and what might finally help you move forward.

The goal is not simply to cope with your life.

It is to feel more fully at home within yourself.
