Appointments are a joke. You have to wait 60-90 minutes to be called. We waited over an hour for an 8:00am appointment with a waiting room full of patients (10 to be exact) and the doctor did not show up; had to reschedule.According to the staff, it is “normal” there to wait 60-90 minutes to see the doctor. Find someone else to see that will respect your time.

Dr, Gonzalez is an excellent doctor. She is patient and compassionate. She does not rush and listens. I really appreciate all of the great care she has given me.

Brenda Gonzalez does not communicate effectively with the patient nor does she listen. She makes up her mind disregarding patient or family input. She is also stubborn and authoritarian to the point of stupidity, even when a treatment is not working she keeps on. Hypersensivity to suggestions, her hubris doesn't allow her to seek suggestions from peers. She graduated from Caribbean University in Puerto Rico and her career has been limited to South Florida. There are much better pulmonologists in Florida.

I made an appointment with Dr. Gonzalez and the first available was not for 6 weeks, the day before they called to canceled and made a new appointment for me. They also called to cancel and tried to make an appointment for 4 weeks later stating that there were no other appointments available. I made this appointment for a reason,and I do not appreciate having to wait almost 3 months to see a specialist. Also, her office was rude and did not even try to accommodate me in any way. I have chosen to look for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for several years and I consider her the best in her specialty. She is a real profesional on her job, very pronpt, and she is a very human person. she is a pro in her speciaty and also in the manner she treats her patients, she has a knowleadgeble and friendly staff that treats patients as family. Every time I go to her office I feel as if I was amongst family. There is no better doctoer or a better office staff.

Dr. Gonzalez cares. Every patient is special to her. She is what every Doctor should be. Caring, compasionate, knowledgeable, competent, proffesional.
