Dr. Brenda Kay Keller, MD

I am sure you may not realize but Dr. Brenda Keller was under extreme family stress at the times of these negative reviews. This was at no fault of hers . I wish her the best in her endeavors.

Several friends recommended Dr. Keller when I was looking for a female Internist after my previous Dr retired. I was looking forward to my appointment especially after all I’d heard. The appointment went pretty well although I was not comfortable with the staff. They were all new to me so I chalked it up to that. Three weeks later & several phone calls to the office & still no one has contacted me regarding the results of the blood test nor returned my calls. I stopped in the office one day & asked what their normal procedure is since I had not heard from anyone. The receptionist seemed very annoyed, left her desk & when she came back, she rudely slapped some paperwork down & asked if that’s what I wanted. I took it without any explanation of the results or the out of normal ranges on some items. Before that I had to contact their office four times before they would fax in my prescriptions that were about to run out. Does Dr. Keller know what’s going on in her office? Dr Keller has been my doctor for a little more than 2 years. My doctor of many years had retired. I find her to be pleasant, professional, and efficient. I have had several on-going maladies that she identified and corrected. I am especially pleased with the corrections she has made to my preventive care. I appreciate her helpful discussions of senior health.

My father met with Dr. Keller. She spent a lot of time with him. She was absolutely amazing, kind and knowledgeable. However when we have a question we call the office, we send an email and 100% of the time it is ignored. We called three times on one occasion and finally received a call back. The other times we just forgot about it, and figured it out ourselves. You absolutely will NEVER EVER speak with her unless you have an appointment. Only her office, who doesn't return calls. Very odd that you are unable to ever speak with a Dr. If we can find a new Dr. we will

im not sure how anyone could give her less than 5 stars. she took so much time with my dad, was kind and caring. i could not ask for a better appointment. we are thrilled to have found her

My mother had been seeing an internist for years that was really not addressing her changing health issues. She switched to Dr. Keller and we're so pleased. She listens for as long as it takes. Dr. Keller also changed her medications and it made an immediate improvement in her health.

Uneducated and doesn't care about her patients will leave you to die for all she cares. Another doctor wanting money not to help. Surprise.

Went through every detail of my past medical history, spoke to me not a computer, had empathy and expertise. Wish I would have found her earlier.

If you want to be an active participant in your health care, avoid Brenda Keller. She practices top down health care. Refuses to provide input and explanations of care. She refuses to listen, but states that the decisions she makes come from her overall experience. She complained about my interest in participating in my health care decisions to a coworker, who wrote me a rude and demanding letter. Her nurse was incredibly rude when I went in for a blood pressure check. Never, ever have had a doctor like this and a staff like this. Be wary.
